Design of kitchen and bar layouts for general admission areas, development of F&B distribution for VIP zones, and definition of the central production kitchen layout, integrating operational flows and infrastructure requirements. Work carried out during employment at Legends International.

Something about me

I trained at the Polytechnic of Turin, where the technical approach to architecture taught me to read spaces as complex systems, made of flows, functions, and operational relationships. This vision expanded during the years spent in the United States, collaborating with MIT and international companies on high-tech projects that accustomed me to working in multidisciplinary and very demanding contexts.

The passion for food soon became part of my professional path. It led me to study restaurant processes from within, working alongside chefs, executives, and operational managers. I was thus able to develop cross-functional skills that combine the gastronomic, productive, and design dimensions, allowing me to transform the logic of a service into a coherent and functioning system.

After more than ten years of consulting, in 2022 I joined Legends International to lead the design team as Head of Mobilization for International Projects, based in Madrid, contributing to the realization of F&B infrastructure for some of the most important stadiums in the Iberian Peninsula. From 2025, I return to operate as an independent consultant, with an even more solid professional background and an international vision that I now apply to complex and high operational impact projects.
